Stephen, founder of HQ, had a longtime dream of owning his own company & providing the hands-on customer service experiences he thought the industry was lacking and his customers deserved! With nearly 10 years in the commercial/industrial water treatment business, he was ready to venture out on his own and dive headfirst into HQ Water Solutions. Stephen’s wife, Jordan, helps tackle day-to-day operations, including marketing and social media. Stephen and Jordan’s daughter, Medina, is CEO... Cutest Ever Officer and she’s another reason Stephen wanted to start his own venture to provide for his family — on his terms.
