Landlord Wisdom 2021
Sponsored by the Manheim Area Chamber of Commerce, Manheim Community Cares and Manheim Borough Codes Dpt.
You are invited to attend an informal evening of facts, guidance, and food for thought and it’s FREE!
If you’ve been a landlord who’s been around awhile you may think that you know just about everything when it comes to rental properties. You’ve picked up knowledge over the years through both good and bad experiences; but in today’s world, social behavior, responsibility, ideals, and laws are far different than the way they were back in the day. If you’re a “newbie” then you don’t want to miss this opportunity to belly up with the old-timers and soak up some knowledge!
The main goal we have for this program is to educate and inspire no matter how long you’ve been at it, or how many candles are on your birthday cake. Some topics cover basic ground rules; a few were chosen based on questions that are frequently asked. Other subject matters touch on education for special circumstances and getting help from local support. This will be an opportunity to ask questions and receive quality answers and suggestions from knowledgeable speakers; FYI - no legal advice can be provided. We hope you’ll pick-up some good ideas, connect with your peers, share a war story or two and have some fun.
